Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with a product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it. You can ship it back to us for a size exchange or return it for store credits equivalent to the purchase amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@asukacouture.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Plot 50, Udyog Vihar, Phase IV, Gurgaon, Haryana, 122016.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Exchangeable, Non-Refundable, and Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made orders (orders that have a timeline of shipping of more than 10 days can be considered as custom made orders)
  • Early delivery orders
  • Orders with any alterations
  • Accessories and footwear
  • Products on sale
  • Discounted articles
  • Products purchased with discount coupon codes
  • We accept returns/exchanges only for standard sizes (38, 40, 42, 44, 46).

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store Credits

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving store credits equivalent to the purchase amount. 

  • Store credits are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  • They can be used for any future purchases with us.
